Great restaurant always enjoy going here they always get my kids' stuff right and we don't have to double back we just love them

The tater tots weren't cooked all the way. It was as if they pulled them out of the fryer early, they were gross. My burger... was not made the way I asked, I asked for mustard and no mayo or ketchup. They put mayo and ketchup on it. They were prettybusy so I didn't complain at the restaurant. I ate the burger but the tots were inedible, no one in my car ate their tots.Overall it was just not the best experience but like I said, they were pretty busy. Read more

After searching on Sonic?s website, I confirmed it was open until 12am. I arrived at 1050 pm. When I pulled my vehicle into... the order spot, the employee immediately began turning of all the light. The employee then told me ? we are closed?. I thensaid ? It says online you guys close at 12am? She then said ? we close at 11pm. I then said ? It is only 1052pm?. Read more

Coming from Denver Colorado I buy 6 bacon egg Burritos and 6 sausage egg Burritos I thought they came with cheese and if they... did you wouldn?t know it. I always thought sonic drive-in was a step above McDonald?s and Burger King this is definitely nottrue. These burritos come with the smallest amount of cheese you can give. I thought this was a good deal for $18 and somechange. Long story short go to McDonald?s for breakfast burritos and good service in Tulsa Oklahoma The sonic next to HyattPlace is trash???????? Need to give the order takers lessons in courtesy, manners, and patience. Being pushed to order faster by an impatient... teenager is unacceptable. I'm very much aware I stumbled over my words, I was over heated and not speaking well. That however isnot a valid reason for them to push and not give someone the opportunity to finish ordering properly. Didn't even get what Iwanted because she had me flustered to the point I had to tell her to be quiet and let me finish what I was saying. Nobodyshould have to remind yall in 2022 of ADA. Someone else won't be so nice and just leave a bad review. Be better, be courteous,and be polite. Read more

I hate leaving negative reviews. This isn?t about the food or service?it?s about the fact that you don?t know when they will be... open or not. I take my other half to work at 6:30am. I love the app where I can order ahead so I place my order as I?m leavinghome so it will be ready when I get there. It?s so convenient?until you get there?I?ve already paid for my order?and theyaren?t open. There is an employee there outside so I roll down my window to ask how to get refunded. On the app you have tocancel 5 minutes before your arrival time. This employee was beyond aggressive and rude, however I do understand she wasn?teven on the clock yet. That being said I would never talk to anyone the way she aggressively talked to me?. She was extremelyrude for no reason. She informed me they don?t open till 7am ?sometimes?? Why would the app allow me to place an order at alocation that isn?t open. Technology is pretty smart. It?s an easy fix. Read more
