Worst experience at a Starbucks I?ve ever had. Got my coffee wrong, wouldn?t fix it, asked for refund. 6 hours later, call about... refund I don?t see go through on my account, they accuse me of being a prank caller. This place is busy but they have the very best coffee and latte's.
I don't purchase their coffee drinks as often as I used to, but I do love their whole bean French roast, Sumatra, Cafe Verona,... Espresso, & Italian coffee. I usually get their Thanksgiving/Holiday & Christmas Espresso blends as well & look forward to theirBOGO coffee sales during the holidays. Ok, I just love their strong coffees lol. When my hubs & I began dating, we would meetafter work in the mornings & enjoy our coffees & conversations outside at their tables, so my fondness for their stores & coffeeis based on pleasant memories of our coffee dates, which we still have occasionally. Before our dachshunds passed last year, Iwould stop on the way home from the vets for their puppacinos, which were always a hit. 100/10 would recommend. Read more
Great frapuccino and the Barista's are the best, drive thru is tight but in Tulsa we make it do what it do.
I've only been in the drive thru and the couple of times that I have went there, I have been delt with great customer service... and the drive thru lady always has a great attitude and a big smile! The parking lot is very tight so I always go through thedrive thru but all around it still serves your taste buds here!! Read more
I?ve been to this Starbucks a few times and it feels like an accident waiting to happen every time. Once your in line you... can?t get out. Have always had good experiences until our past visit we waited for 15 minutes just to find out they were out ofeverything nondairy. That kind of thing needs to be posted before the wait. The next thing is their employee break area wassad. If non employees are doing this, thats even more sad. Read more
I usually bring my travel mug and order a grande, but the barista went out of her way to recommend that I get a tall so that all... the drink would fit and I wouldn't be overcharged. Great service! Read more
I love this Starbucks. Everyone who works there is a perfect angel and my order is always right (and my order is kind of... annoying ngl) and they usually have what I want. It does get busy in the weekends so sometimes they run out of things. I alwaysgo through the drive thru and it?s usually quick. Tip them well they deserve it! Read more
