I went to the drive-thru on July 21st, 2022 and three of the employees were so upset that I went to the window instead of the... speaker because it was pouring down rain, they refused to give me my order and sent me to another store. Really disappointed in my drink honestly. I ordered for pick up on the app in store. My husband watched them make my drink. I... ordered extra whipped cream and they gave me the smallest amount. I got a caramel brulee latte and ordered it with 12 pumps ofcaramel brulee syrup. They didn't put ANY syrup in it. My husband said they just put a bunch of caramel drizzle in the bottom ofthe cup and that was it. I order extra syrup cause I like my drinks sweet. Not an ounce of sweetness to it.
