The service was really friendly! I got way more extra caramel drizzle than I asked for which is ALWAYSSS a plus. But when I got... home, I realized that they got the order wrong so I made them aware of the situation and they refused a refund, but said thatthey would remake it instead. I had the opportunity to leave a review the one other time I visited. I decided to wait until the 2nd or 3rd time. So, on the... second visit I got great service by a bigger guy (I forget his name) But I even asked him for a suggestion, and he suggested theperfect drink item. (Some drink with cinnamon in it) So the first time the service wasn't bad, but it was the 2md time that mademe want to leave a comment because of his "easiness" to communicate with and his comfortability.
