Employees were rude and asked many times how we wanted our sandwich made but failed to listen to our requests and both my son... and I got food poisoning only about 45 mins from eating at this location.i don't trust that their food is being kept at theright tempatures. 61st Memorial is HORRIBLE, had a receipt in had from online order showing store number, store address, my exact order, & Bank... statement from phone, and MATT still refused to give me my food or money back just because he did not receive a subway ticketfrom my online order, my receipt was NOT enough for him and he refused to let me spk2 a manager and/or owner. The most disappointing lunch i have ever had. If i could rate this a -1 i would. The lady and gentleman upfront showed NO... INTREST in even working there. No communication at all. The mood and vibe were just totally off and i felt unwanted. To top itoff, i found a piece of HAIR in my sub. Which of course no shock there considering NONE of the employees making subs werewearing a hair net. Lost my appetite and waste of money. DO NOT recommend to ANYONE.
