Employees were rude and asked many times how we wanted our sandwich made but failed to listen to our requests and both my son... and I got food poisoning only about 45 mins from eating at this location.i don't trust that their food is being kept at theright tempatures. 61st Memorial is HORRIBLE, had a receipt in had from online order showing store number, store address, my exact order, & Bank... statement from phone, and MATT still refused to give me my food or money back just because he did not receive a subway ticketfrom my online order, my receipt was NOT enough for him and he refused to let me spk2 a manager and/or owner. I had to call thePolice to get my food or money back, the food finally got done sloppy and not everything I asked for, very disappointed in thisstore, I already filed a complaint w/headquarters. 61st Memorial SUBWAY just shameful, don't go to this one, they do NOT careand try to help their customers and we buy Subway a lot, just terrible! The most disappointing lunch i have ever had. If i could rate this a -1 i would. The lady and gentleman upfront showed NO... INTREST in even working there. No communication at all. The mood and vibe were just totally off and i felt unwanted. To top itoff, i found a piece of HAIR in my sub. Which of course no shock there considering NONE of the employees making subs werewearing a hair net. Lost my appetite and waste of money. DO NOT recommend to ANYONE. Friday November 13, 2020 1947pm. The worst customer service ever provided at this location. Was not greeted when walked in the... door it sounds like there was a party going on in the back room. When I finally was greeted, it was a very unwelcoming as itfelt like they didn't want to be working. I asked for double meet and a Italian bmt. The guy behind the counter kept lookingevery where putting on the pepperoni and salami, I repeated I would like double meet and he just kept making the sandwich likehe didn't hear me. When he asked me which cheese I wanted I realized he had not added the double meat an was missing the hamfrom the sandwich. Got it toasted and on to the veggies it didn't get any better. Poor experience, I still chose to eat mydinner in the dinning area and sit back and observe. I could hear them in the back room complaining about how I wanted mysandwich. I got thru my sandwich and observed another customer walk in for 3 sandwiches and it only got worse for that customeras she asked them outright are you new by chance and they claimed does it look like I am new here as they messed up one of hersandwiches by adding the wrong dressing to it. She asked them to remake it and again the gentleman just scrapped off thedressing and stated there its gone. You could tell she was getting frustrated as well. Awesome sandwich! I went in here tonight because I was tired of burgers. I met a very nice worker and named Terren, he took his... job seriously and made a great sandwich. I will be back to this location again just because of this guy. It's rare nowadays tofind great customer service and he definitely provided that! Thank you again if you ever read this. Read more
