Horrible staff. They messed up on a $20 order they refused 2 fix they called me a lier and the general manager said I am a lier... when she wasn't there when my order got messed up. When I went back she was rude and loud. I've worked in food business for10years if I did any of what the employee e magwe did I'd get fired in my 32years ordering food never been treated thathorrible. Read more

Just went in and this lady Bonnie took me and my friends order, not only was she rude but she called her manager to complain... while we were there then when her two coworkers came in she was rude to them as well. She made our food very poorly and made ouroverall experience bad. NEVER had a complaint about this location usually the staff is amazing but this lady just ruined it forus. The vegetables were frozen and she left the store horrible for her coworker. The store was dirty. She had an attitude anddidn?t want to make our food and then we asked her for more veggies and literally grabbed like 2 veggies to put on there. Andthen when my friend asked for mayo she started hitting the mayo on the counter and put WAYYY too much on there. I understandhaving a a bad day I work in food as well but there was no excuse. Arrive 15 minutes before posted closing time. The lady working said "sorry we close in 15 minutes," I think they need to update... their hours on their website to when they actually stop serving, because everything was already stripped down and put up. Read more

My son worked at this location and it was robbed while he was closing by himself. The thief also took his car keys and stole his... car and the owners never called to check on him after this very traumatic experience or offered to help monetarily for the lossof his car. These owners do not care about their employees so I'm sure they don't care about the customer either. Read more

Let me start my saying Subway is one of my favorite places to eat. I have always loved the food since I was a kid. It was so... very rare that an experience would be bad in the event of eating at any Subway. In my opinion...the app is killing theexperience. Although it is somewhat Convenient, I think it takes away from the personal touch of making the customers sandwichin front of them. This particular location seems to be a mess. 2 times in a row my sandwich was been made incorrectly whenordered on the app. Twice in a row! Like I said before, Subway is an icon in my mind because I really love the food. The app iskilling it. I?m sure it has boosted the business to allow customers to just go pick it up, it perhaps it is over working thealready short staff in to making unnecessary mistakes. Go back to the roots and make the sandwiches with love! Read more

Stopped by with my son for a quick bite to eat. Service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately they didn't have any lettuce in... stock. Evidently both stores under this owner were out. The sandwich maker offered a discount fur the inconvenience but after weleft, we realized we didn't get a discount. Read more

The Subway at 101st and Mingo is always a bust. They are always either out of meatballs or some kind of popular meat like turkey... or ham. Also except the unsweetened tea to either always be out or as clear water like they never used a tea bag. Not to mentiononly 3 straws left and the lady complaining they only had 2 sets of gloves left. Always a bummer when you go in expecting to geta sandwich then to be told we are out.
