The drive thru attendants we're the most rude and inappropriate employees I have witnessed, anywhere, in a very long time. From... the time that I pulled up to the menu they were bothered by taking the order, I kept having to ask if anyone was there, theynever gave a total so I thought perhaps the intercom was malfunctioning. I pulled up to the window and the girl reached for thecard in my hand and I said I never got a total, so I pulled up bc I wasn't done ordering and wanted to change one of my items toa combo, she said we already made it. They hadn't even asked what drinks went with them. So I said I don't even know how much itis, she told me- as she was swiping my card. Handed it back and my food directly following, I asked about the drinks and shesaid "what did you want?" I tell her, she sloppily made them and was walking off the moment she handed them to me. In themeantime I had checked the bag and was short a taco, so I sat there and she came back almost confrontational with anotheremployee being snarky over her shoulder and said "what else do you want?" So I just said "to know your name, thanks" andforfeited the taco, which no doubt would have been questionable at that point. And, as you can imagine, food was throwntogether, no sour cream as I had ordered....awful experience. These kids need supervision or something. Read more

Wish I could give zeor stars. They open whenever they feel like it (never on time, but 15 or 30 minutes, or an hour late,... maybe!). They serve whatever they feel like serving that day, is it 9 o'clock in the morning, yes! Will they give you any of thebreakfast menu, No! Why? Who cares! It's too convenient for me, but after 10 out of 12 failed attempts over the last 10 months,I am really done. My favorite was trying to order a bacon crunch wrap for breakfast. Me: "I'd like a bacon crunch wrap,please" Lady: "We don't have those" Me: "Ok, but they're on the menu" Lady: "We don't have those" Me: "I ordered one at 'X'location day before yesterday, has Taco Bell stopped serving them sine then?" On three separate occasions, I?ve been ignored, told they do not take drive thru orders, and have been told they could not take... my order due to systems being down. The last time I was there, it was 1am and I saw a car full of what looked like Taco Bellemployees smoking weed. I pulled up to the drive thru intercom and I was told they were not going to take my order because theyonly took online, grub hub, and door dash orders?this is by far the worst Taco Bell I?ve been too and unfortunately the worstcustomer service I?ve ever received. I don't know wht happened to my food but it was mushy and almost entirely inedible, and took 20 minutes of waiting in drive thru... til we ordered and got our food. However I'm not rating only one star because I'm pretty sure there was only like 2 peopleworking as the guy at the window kept vanishing, so I presume he was taking orders elsewhere or cooking the food. My mobile order was changed from carry out to drive-thru. They didn?t start it until I got there and hadn?t fried all the... ingredients needed for my order. So it sucked waiting. On the hand I got some of the freshest food I?ve ever had from Taco Bell.It was delicious. They lose two stars for the wait time but gain one back for food quality. Read more

Service was good but the food totally sucked. I know what to expect from taco bell it's a pretty consistent guilty pleasure of... bad feelings when you eat it. And this was some how not good at all lol. Burrito was like sloppy soggy just messed up lol. IfI'm in the area again this would be my last resort. Rather eat qt food Read more
