Placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive thru window, had 1 car in front of me and 0 behind. Staff told me I'm... required to pick up the order inside. Why ask the option online if you're going to make everyone go inside?? Tonight was rainingwith a cold front coming in and you make your customers get out in that?? After showing them their app gives the option to pickup the order at the drive thru window, they scoffed and said it was the GMs orders. Rudeness I've never seen from any restaurantI've been too. Chick had an attitude I was not happy with it to begin with and than I think I saw no gloves on the kitchen guy making food and... I told her I don't want the food anymore because i think he wasnt wearing any gloves and he wiped his face as well and continuedmaking the food and I told her I didn't like her attitude. She looked at me crazy and said he was wearing gloves they are clearand she asked me did i still want my food with an attitude and i said no i wanted my refund. Why can't fast foods get it right. Ordered online and they gave my food to someone else. Crunchy tacos were soggy. No ice so had... to drink flat hot soda. These places are a joke and they want to be paid 20 an hour. What a joke monkeys could do a better job. Read more
