Placed a mobile order to pick up through the drive thru window, had 1 car in front of me and 0 behind. Staff told me I'm... required to pick up the order inside. Why ask the option online if you're going to make everyone go inside?? Tonight was rainingwith a cold front coming in and you make your customers get out in that?? After showing them their app gives the option to pickup the order at the drive thru window, they scoffed and said it was the GMs orders. Rudeness I've never seen from any restaurantI've been too. Chick had an attitude I was not happy with it to begin with and than I think I saw no gloves on the kitchen guy making food and... I told her I don't want the food anymore because i think he wasnt wearing any gloves and he wiped his face as well and continuedmaking the food and I told her I didn't like her attitude. She looked at me crazy and said he was wearing gloves they are clearand she asked me did i still want my food with an attitude and i said no i wanted my refund. My wife loves the bell. We have eaten at this location any times. Unfortunately our order is wrong 90% of the time and they only... take one order at a time and make you sit at the speaker until they are ready for you to pull up. We have finally stopped goingor if we do we just understand the risk we are taking. We have attempted to bring this to upper leaderships attention with noreply. Walked in had to call in the back to the employees standing around on there phone. Tried to order in store was told the cash... registers weren't working. I could see the drive through was working, went to the drive through and was told I had to use theapp to order the box of 4 taco and 4 burritos. If the employees don't want to do there jobs then lock the doors and go homerather being rude to the customer. Management needs to fire the hole staffing and try a new start with people that care. Decent location. I frequent Taco Bell at multiple locations. But rarely do I stop here. I had to try those Wings before they... left and the app warned me they had them! The wings were pretty awesome, a solid 4.5 star or so. You could tell the shortstaffing issue is hurting them juat like every other store on the block.....because lobby appeared to be closed and Drive Thruwas creeping along. Despite that, they did a good job with customer service. Worth a visit! Read more
Why can't fast foods get it right. Ordered online and they gave my food to someone else. Crunchy tacos were soggy. No ice so had... to drink flat hot soda. These places are a joke and they want to be paid 20 an hour. What a joke monkeys could do a better job. Read more
