At first when we got to the drive through we were told they were short doritos locos and would have to compensate with regular... tacos, when we left the drive-thru we were missing a taco , but my date said, ''don't worry about it'' so we continued home.Upon arriving home we discover the regular tacos not only were stale(nothing like having to yank a taco from your mouth in orderto tear it), but theydidn't have any cheese or lettuce either. And the five layer burritos looked so pitiful with the quarterdollop of beans that they put in there. This was absurd I've never experienced a Taco Bell visit like this!! So my girlfriendand I head back to Taco Bell and tell the lady working about the missing items in the lack of ingredients, but she laughs andtells us that she's the only one working and she made them so she knows that they are good she then tells us that we did stuffto the food and that it was 14 minutes since our order in which it was only 10, either way, I don't eat and drive in myMercedes, I wait till I get home. Placed our order over the APP which I never know how that's going to go. They were training someone new so even though the straw... and sauces were forgotten, the food was on point and that's as much as I could ask for when it comes to this place nowadays. Ilove Taco Bell, and I'm glad I have a location I can trust. Keep up the good work. Read more

Well from the other reviews I'm glad we didn't actually get food here. We had just gotten back to Tulsa after a 2 hour drive and... my kiddo and friends were hungry so we were going to get Taco Bell. The location was empty of other customers and we wentthrough the drive through. When greeted I said "it'll be just a moment" because I'm getting ready to order for myself, 2 of myfriends, my kid, and my friend's husband. She was really impatient with me and I didn't know why, there weren't any cars behindme. So they all texted me their order and I wrote mine down where it would be easier to 1. Remember what 5 people wanted and 2.Make it easier to enter multiple quantities if we had any. I went to order but I told her we would have 2 separate tickets. Shesaid I couldn't do that. This is not my first time ordering at taco bell with multiple people and I was just flabbergasted. Shetold me she would do that if we wanted to come inside. If I wanted to go inside I would have went inside. Not through the drivethru, I had a no shoed cranky toddler and we were hot, tired, hungry and just wanted to go home. I told her I could just circlethe building and place a second order but that would be not only a waste of time and gas but absurd at that point. So after therefusal to place the separate orders I pulled up to the window and honked. I asked for the corporate number and the group of 3just stared at me. One said "look it up online" so I asked for the store number and they really didn't want to tell me. I spoketo the manager this morning but honestly I don't think this will change anything. I wasted my time, gas, and energy going hereand I hope others will head my warning that this location isn't worth going to if it was free and you were starving. I'veworked years in customer service and I have never treated anyone with the blatant disrespect and rudeness that I was shown lastnight. They Service is trash and they are disrespectful rude and stingy with the cheese in the sour cream with everything they have no... respect for no one in the night shift is really really bad they need to fire all of them and get new employees???????? butthat?s not all it seems that they like to play with people and act like we did sum you them. My food was good, and service, drive-thru, was too Ordered the nacho fries, but with sour cream....got cheese. It clearly shows... on my receipt. And my order last week was subpar. Also had issues ordering on the app, like my early access. Didn't getany. My God at the tomatoes when I requested No Tomatoes! Then I really have to ask, where the hE!!is the meat?. Never again. Done with this location too So I called and complained. I'm getting a refund and they said they would let this location know.Sure hope they do, but I will never order from 1810 S Garnett again. I made an online order at about 3pm today, asked for no sour cream and no tomatoes on my crunchwrap due to being lactose... intolerant and allergic to tomatoes. I also ordered a bean burrito with no onions and red sauce because I?m allergic to those aswell. When I got home both meals had no modifications on them and I now have no food to eat.
