This place needs to get it together. To start I've worked in food for most of my career. Fast food, catering, line cook, prep,... dish, Expo, I've done it all. This particular locations night shift does something quite strange. Around 10:30-11:00 they start"metering" the drive through line. I have waited 20 minutes in line to end up waiting 10 minutes to order once I reach theboard. They even ask me to wait at the board until they are ready for me to pull forward (this explains the 30 minute waittime.) This begins the 50/50 shot that they even get my food right. I don't necessarily blame this on the workers messing up.Although that is a factor. The fault lies in hiring and management. Not so much in the fact that they can't find good people,but they cannot retain quality workers because of inept management and sub par pay/benefits. Dont like the automated order menu inside. The sun was blaring and the it was difficult to see. The menu was placed too low (I... understand you need to have it for wheelchair users but why not have one a little higher for us 6 foot + guys.) I went throughthis menu 4 times before I got what I wanted. Also do not like the fact you did not get the option of a printed receipt. Thefood came out hot and fresh but for the price maybe I expected a bigger portion. First time I have been here, it was clean. Ifelt like I was ordering from a robot. I am so heated!! I drive all the way to your location just now( only because This location made them correctly) Boy was I... wrong!! ???????????????? This is slop!! Barely no cheese on top & no tomatoes like this is not the Mexican pizza!! Is this whatworkers are doing g now, just throwing it together!! They better be glad I didn?t look at it before I left, I didn?t feel theneed to since the few times I did go to this location they were made with respect. This is totally disrespectful, who has thetime & gas to drive for an error. This messed up my night. I had to throw that mess in trash & it tasted sour too!! ???? I?mover it. This location WILL screw up the simplest order. My gf and I like taco bell, but this location is single handedly ruining the... franchise credibility. Corporate should investigate, because this location is GUARANTEED to ruin your dinner and your evening.Very sad excuse for work ethic. Read more

The newest staff is unfriendly, borderline rude, they are very slow and completely careless. The burrito pictured is supposed to... be a beefy 5 layer burrito (nearly a $4 burrito with several different ingredients) and instead I was given a tortilla filledwith refried beans and part of the wrapper tucked in. We enjoyed feeding our family for about $20 with all of the sauce and free refills we could want. The kids loved the cheesy... rolls and the parents enjoyed the $5 box meal. The restrooms were clean and well taken care of as well as the high chairs. Read more

The drive-through service is good enough. However whoever is assembling the food in the back could care less what it looks or... tastes like. Probably the worst Taco Bell food I?ve ever had. Read more

Good deal on the cantina box. They just need to fill the shells. Competition has them beat on tacos. They got 3 stars cause this... place was clean inside. The pics are of the cantina crispy chicken taco. Chicken was small inside and Lil soggy. Had a littlespice. Nothing great about the one I had. Veggies and tortilla were blah. Read more
