Omgosh every time I use the drive thru you mess up my order! By my observation you only get good service if you dine in. My... burrito was missing beans, tomatoes, sour cream and the tortilla was so hard I had to peel the edges off ???? I was once abuenohead, now I don't want it anymore and that makes me sad. Idk why I keep lying to myself and saying, this time will be different, this time they will get the order right. From arguing... about the contents of a box (with what comes with it listed on the menu) To always asking for bueno sauce and somehow nevergetting any. This spot is just one disappointment after another. It feels like an abusive relationship I can?t escape. I waitlong enough to forget my experience and then I go again. I?m nice, I?m polite, I just want to douse my burritos in one of thetastiest things known to man and yet here I am, dry as the desert and finally annoyed enough to make a review. If Bueno was a religion I just found the Temple. The guy at the counter made me feel as if he owned the place personally. Like... he?d built it with his own hands. Clean! Wow. Flowers in the walls. Woman taking our order at the window because this particular Taco Bueno doesn't ever have their lobby open ever, was smoking a... cigarette. Didn't noticed this until she handed us our Whole Lotta Box, which btw was the cherry on top. It wasn't in a box, itwas in multiple sacks. I usually get good service here but how in the hell does anyone with any common decency smoke inside arestaurant and then hand people their food. She was also very rude coupled with smoking a cigarette while helping customers. Read more
