They can't seem to get orders correct. This is the second time I've been to this location both time orders are wrong didn't say... anything first time, but twice in a row is a little off. I had forgotten just how good this fast food establishments food tastes. While I could not get the employees to sell me the big... platter I tried to order the combo I eventually settled for was plenty for half the cost. The brisket tacos are the bomb. Read more
Been here a few times but this just did it for me...yes I should've looked before leaving BUT I had a crying baby so the baby... wins. Its a to go order than wasn't boxed correctly nor was it what I ordered. The rest of the food - the beef Machaco & crispytaco - were good. Overall much better than the one in Stillwater! We had to get our bueno fix while here as the one in our town is disappointing... most of the time. We each ordered a Wholotta Platter, to get a sampling of everything we love, she got chicken and I got beef.The only things that were disappointing were the taco and dip shells, they had not been heated to make them crispy. It tastedlike they just grabbed them out of the storage container and used them. When I worked here a long, long time ago we used to frycorn tortillas on a special rack that kept their shape and store them in the metal bins and heat them up a container at a timeunder the heat lamps for use to crisp them up again which was what gave them that awesome crunch. Idk if they still make themthat way or not as its been a long time. Other than that everything was really good, they still use the 3oz containers for theregular queso here which tells me that our local bueno is in fact cheating the customers as they have been using the salsa sized2oz containers for the queso for the past year and only half filling them! I will definitely be sending in a complaint now thatI know we were straight up lied to when we have asked about it and everyone that eats at the one in Stillwater is getting rippedoff on that as well as a few other things, like the chicken muchaco not having beans, only the beef, and the mexi dips and chipsonly getting one scoop of guacamole and not 2, if they even make the guacamole. Often they just scoop out of the plastic avocadocontainer it comes in and don't mix it up with the mayo and seasoning leaving it very bland and disappointing. This was one of the nastiest places I've ever dined in every table was dirty floors was filthy bathrooms was nasty ???? also the... fresh salsa bar was dirty food splashed everywhere and containers was crusty and dried out food was good even though they wasout of a lot of menu items. Horrible service horrible food. The beans were literally water ????my burrito barley had anything in it when I took it back to... have them remake it she gave me a cup of runny beans and told me to make my own, she wanted me to use my tortilla and didn'tgive me cheese ???? the place was messy, no napkins, pop machine was falling apart the button fell in my cup ???? the ladyafter me had to wait so long to order she walked out bc no one said anything to her. I always love bueno. It's one of my favorites. Great employees. Always friendly and helpful. The only thing is note if this... location is that the drive-thru does not enter the way you would normally expect. So look for the drive-thru sign. Read more
