Mostly use the drive thru so as with other places when have a little speech problem and the the person of one or two talk over... each other makes it harder to get what you want. So it'll make people behind you upset but make sure that your order is thesame as your receipt what you paid for and on this past time I was still waiting and asked what was waiting for so I already hadtime to check the bag but didn't get my drink until they were like why are you still here and I told them I didn't get my drinkwhich was still sitting by the drive thru window Read more

Sold me a $2 large Sprite that was flat. Then ordered large queso & chips. I only received regular sized queso. Fortunately... they didn't charge me for a large. Every Taco Bueno that I have ordered from always messes up an order. They used to be areally good fast-food chain Mexican food place. They have really gone down hill over the past few years. Long wait which we usually don't mind as long as the food is good, we had asked for them to take the burrito off our order, they... said they did, but ended up taking the money off my card anyways. They did give me $5 cash but I really needed it on my card.Decided not to stress it and just be happy we got food for the night. I'm babysitting my niece and she was so excited for chipsand salsa, but lo and behold when we got home we didn't have any salsa for our 4 bags of chips (in the whole lotta box) so weended up having to go back out to dollar store and spending the $5 to get her a jar of salsa to have with the chips because weweren't driving 15 minutes back to the restaurant to wait in that line again. My whole lotta platter was wrong... Everythingabout the order had something wrong and food just didn't taste good. First time ever trying this place, and I never will goback. I don't know if this is every Bueno, but the bean burritos were almost empty of beans. The amount of tortilla left without... filling was enough to make another small burrito. The customer service was nearly non-existent. I had to just give up on gettinghelp. The food we DID get was good, but not worth the money. Read more

I called and pulled through the drive thru and they acted like they were closed. In the drive thru someone said ?thank you for... choosing bueno? and then didn?t answer or respond. They were inside doing absolutely nothing but then I called and they answeredthe phone and muted and sat it on the counter. Laziness at its finest definitely will not be going to this business. These poor guys only had 2 people working and bless their hearts they were working their butts off trying and had the... best attitude still. I honestly felt sorry for them. Please get them some more help and pay these guys well they areseriously trying to run a business and do good work on a skeleton crew . Read more

Dont waste your time or money. Unless you want cold tasteless food. I ordered chicken potato burrito it was filled with lettuce... and a little bit of cheese and well the carne asada nachos ill let the picture say it all. Look at what you expect and look whatyou get! Read more

Better experience at the elm & BA store today. Customer service, speed of service, & quality of the food is highly highly highly... dependent on the manager on duty. Pictures below show very sloppy, sad salsa bar with several empty bins while, I believe, Larrywas mgr on duty. The other shows a much more appealing bar under Katie's watch.
