Went to the Taco Bueno located at 91st & Sheridan today. Was so pleased-the food tasted great & even looked deliciously... arranged on the plate. And...it was clean, which is really a deal breaker for me if it's not. The manager even brought out ourfood to us, and then gave us some cinnamon chips. Really glad to see this restaurant improved, good job team keep up the goodwork! Read more
I've been there a couple of times the past month. One time they forgot to give me my drink. Today, they told me a combo with a... large drink was the same price as a small that was priced on the menu. When I got up there, they ran my card and gave me myreceipt...the prices weren't the same. They threw a fit when I wanted a refund. It is my opinion that they are trained on howto do these things...purposefully. Read more
Waited at drive thru for 10 mins for no one to anwser, drove up to window seen 2 people inside and they seen me, still wouldn't... come too window to acknowledge I was there. Tried to go inside doors were locked. It was 11am, they open at 1030. Being ignoredis annoying. When finally got someone to anwser and place my order there was no apologies or nothing. They just said they were alittle behind today. Whole process was about 15 mins of trying to get someone to place my order. Read more
Recommend no one go to this location. I love me some taco Bueno, yet, this location just didn?t care to get orders out when they... were not all that busy. Even if they were slow, they probably still wouldn?t have cared. Good people, but I rather not wait 10min for a bean burrito. Read more
Perfect Meal! Monday Lunch - Best Taco Bueno I've had in years! Two Mexican ladies were running the place and the food in the... kitchen looked organized and fresh. Usually food looks disheveled and old, but these employees obviously cared about the food.There were some Mexicans eating there too, so that's always a good sign, haha But as far as I'm concerned, the food here todayis an absolute model of how Taco Bueno should taste. Been a long time since I've had a good experiance at a Taco Bueno. But yes! We weren't sold left overs. I say this bc another... Bueno I visited gave me day old guacamole...like you can't tell! I really wish I had gotten the name of the man who took ourorder. He was really pleasant. Really the whole staff that we interacted with was friendly. It was nice to see employees whoseemed to be enjoying they're place of work! All that were there need raises! Read more
Just went through the drive-thru and bought 2 wholotta boxes. The tacos had hardly no meat, asked for extra salsa and received... NONE, and had a hair in one of the tacos. Beyond disappointed for the amount of money I spent versus the food I was given! Thepics don?t do justice! ???? Read more
This is my third time coming here to this location. Every time has been trash. This last time I ordered the chicken big freak'n... quesadilla and there was the least amount of cheese I've ever received, ANYWHERE. It was just tortilla. Not to mention it wasover $7 and they forgot the chicken!!! Read more
