Great little chain restaurant steakhouse. Had the bone-in porterhouse which was a nice size and delicious. Have been to the same... restaurant before and had the filet mignon which was also good. They give you a nice side of vegetables which not overcooked andmushy. As a second side you can have a salad which is also a good little salad. Man this place was busy! But for good reason. Their steaks are great! Cooked perfectly medium rare. Not too much seasoning, so... the flavor of the meat really came through. And their southern whiskey LIT is one of my favorites. Would have loved for it to bea little less crowded. I guess that's what we get for going on a Saturday night. Always enjoy our dining experience here. Staff is friendly and food comes out at the perfect time. Some of my fav entress are... the grilled shrimp with rice, bone in rib eye, and prime rib. If you are thinking about eating here, think twice. Me and my family used to go here at least once a week and loved the place.... However, today I called in and ordered of Chicken Caesar Salad to go and found dead bugs in it. This is the second time it hashappened in the past 2 months. The first time I didn’t even complain about the issue. However today, I called to notify themabout it and when the manager got a hold of me, she argued and said that this has never happened in all her 7 years of workingthere and that I am lying about the salad. She didn’t apologize nor take any responsibility over the situation. She just keptrepeating the same thing over and over and when I offered to send her a picture of my food, she didn’t even care toacknowledge it. She offered to give me a free entrée stating that I am wrong about the bugs and that it’s impossible for itto happen. I refused the offer because she made it clear that they will not change the way they clean the salad. So from now on,Texas Road House does not exist for me nor my family any longer because obviously customer service isn’t important to thembecause of the big name that they have. Read more
What a great Friday night at/ In Texas Roadhouse. Sitting at the bar with my wife and son. Hot night cold beers. The guy next to... me said order the Dallas filet. My wife and son did. I ordered the FT. Worth Ribeye. I wish I had listened. My wife’s filet isoff the chart. Fried pickles and cold beer. Everyone is here for the same reason. We had the 12oz ribeye, and two sides. The food was very good. We really liked the bread, and spread. Service was great! ... Glad we got there early because the place was really filling up by 5:30 on a Tuesday night. Read more
Fast service, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Steaks are good, I had a medium-rare NY strip that was just perfect. Sides... are ok. They get very busy on weekends, Friday night at 7pm they are 1h and half waitlist. Still, we put our name on thewaitlist and went to some shops nearby, it was worth it. Restrooms could be cleaner.
