Uncle Paco's has a beautiful dining atmosphere. The food was delicious. They have a great white sauce. The service did not step... up to the quality of food and atmosphere presented. Once our meal arrived, we received no initiated follow-up. We tried orderingdessert, yet our server never came back to get our order. We decided to leave. We walked past three staff standing at thewelcome stand, and no one said a word, although I glared with a smile waiting for some type of pleasantries as we exited theestablishment. Really NICE sit down restaurant. Great choices on the menu. Excellent wait staff. We went early and beat the crowd, it opens at... 11am. Lunch menu is reasonably priced with $1 more for most dinner options. We normally go to another Mexican place but this was$10 cheaper and I liked the chips better. Pls give Uncle Paco's a try. ???? a friend took me here and I'm highly impressed by this place! they serve great authentic dishes and it's clean. I had a chicken... enchilada, tamale, and charro beans/rice. All were excellent. the best thing was the bill, it beats so many other places forpricing. I paid 7 dollars a plate at lunch. incredibly good. Read more

This was my 2nd time there, and it will be my new go-to for Mexican food. Delicious salsa and complimentary tangy ranch sauce.... Good service, great food and amazing prices! We went in for lunch and the lunch portion was just enough to fill you up withoutmaking you so stuffed your exhausted. Definitely will be back! Read more

Good food. Staff could be a lot more inviting. No smiles that's for sure. Felt rushed to order. Beautiful remodeled restaurant.... Loved the margaritas. But like I said, staff could be more inviting. Been here twice now and they are the best Mexican place I've been to in a long time! Service was great, very clean and friendly... atmosphere, but the best part was the FOOD! Definitely give this place a shot. Has a bar but also family friendly! Read more

It's usually busy on the weekend but the food and drinks are worth the wait.I had the shrimp chimichaga and carnitas chimichaga... both yummy and the jalapeño margarita was good and strong with a spicy kick.The bathroom was very clean and a bright atmospherein the restaurant. Read more
