The Gorgonzola pear appetizer was delicious and worth getting and the prawn was good although overcooked. The dessert which is... normally my favorite of cream brûlée was significantly thicker than any I’ve ever had and had a strange aftertaste althoughI’m sure it would be tasty to other people. I don't know if my expectations were too high or if my expectations reflected the atmosphere and menus pricing. The atmosphere... was spectacular along with the wait staff. My wife loved the bruschetta and i was fond of the shrimp appetizer. Now for theentres. My wife had the salmon with creamy tomato pasta which she found ok. I had the rack of lamb and it was cooked to aperfect medium rare. Then when i tasted it to my dismay i discovered that there was zero and i mean zero flavor. This i foundproblematic because it is opposite from my dealings with Italian cuisine. This mantra continued with the box tasting flavorlessgarlic mashed potatoes and the crispy but bland asparagus. We could taste the white wine in the mushroom risotto but there mustnot have been much room for any other flavors. As always, we had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Villa Ravenna! Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable about the... menu, and he provided us with outstanding service. The atmosphere was romantic and authentically Italian… Our appetizer,meals, and coffee/desserts were all gourmet and delicious. The food here is absolutely amazing! The carbonara is to die for & the lasagna is simply delicious! We did not make reservations... but lucked out getting a table. For me, the food was okay. It was not even attractive looking. You would think that for the price they charge, they would take... some time and effort into making the meal presentable, making it attractive. It was not worth it for me. It's overrated. Read more

The best Italian food I've had in Tulsa, by far! Skip all the chain restaurants for sure, and head straight to Villa Ravenna. I... wish I had pictures but I always scarf it down before I get a chance. Maybe on my next visit, and there will be plenty of nextvisits! Read more
