This Wendy's was amazing & had excellent food and service until we ordered the last 2-3 times and the food became sloppy. Save your money and time & go to a different location. Food is NEVER fresh, and every single order I've got within the last 5... visits has had something wrong with it. There is no point in trying to address it with management, half the staff is on drugsbased off appearance and actions. Read more
The Apple pecan chicken salad is a decent sweet salad. The roasted pecans , pomegranate vinaigrette dressing and the blue cheese... crumbles give a different flavor to the salad. I like to have it once in a while. If you dont like sweetness in your salad, thenstay away from this. Read more
Wendy's rules. Some locations are better than others but if you have a good one it's great. Variety of great burgers, spicy... chicken sandwich and nuggets are great, fries are good, breakfast baconator and potato wedges are great. Read more
My wife and I stopped at the 71st and Riverside location to eat lunch she got the loaded baked potato and I got the taco fresh... made salad. We get our order in a bag even though we said it was for here and my salad is literally in a plastic container withjust lettuce with all the sides to go on the salad prepackaged separately that I have to do myself the same with my wife?s bakepotato. If I wanted to prepare my own food I would?ve cooked at home. You should not have it on your sign showing it completelyprepared on a glass plate because that?s what is expected when we receive it not like the above mentioned. Read more
Drive through was quick. would helpful to have menu choices available to view at least one car length ahead of the ordering site... to make the process more efficient. The staff and vehicles behind us had to wait while we looked at the variety of food and andmade our selections. Staff was friendly. Food was tasty. Read more
Stopped at Wendy?s for breakfast at 8:57am. This was the cup I was given coffee in. It looks like it has been wet and it?s... dirty. Like they just picked it up off the floor and poured coffee in it. Nasty. I didn?t really notice until I got to work. Andmy food was cold! Not that I really want to eat it after looking at this cup.. This is unacceptable. And disgusting. Read more
The managers seems to not care enough about cleanliness heavy set light skinned gentleman who's working drive-thru taking the... money helps the managers make food without his gloves or washing his hands and helps everyone one else as well. Whileocasionally stands dead center of the walk through behind the counter where everyone can see him clearly see him on his phonethat he uses at the gas pumps more than likely & probably even while on the toilet. I'm for certain its in his hand when hesopening every random door. Then he puts his phone aka germ device that the managers does not mind him having out at work back inhis pocket. Then continues to assist with preparing food. The African-American young man with the dreadlocks that hangs in frontof his eyes suspiciously watches you the entire time while leaning up against deep fryer casually. The young lady working thefront cash register takes the money she goes and bags the food and may even touch a fry or two and give some unwanted moneyseasoning. The Caucasian manager is prepping and preparing food in the back without any gloves as well so the Apple doesn't fallfar from the tree this is a obvious reflection and representation of the management. The shorter manager that wears a hat andglasses have the heavy set drive-thru worker who takes the money & won't wash his hands and doesn't wear any gloves and who's onhis phone while working he helps him directly prepare food and no one says anything.. this place is a germ pool. Corona isseasoning in this place. They are carefully nasty if that make any sense. Read more
