Because of these coupons I get in mail, I like going to Wendy?s. Dave?s single combo for $4.99 is a pretty decent deal. Again... being fast food, I dont want to talk about the flavor and all but I shud say its far better than many other chain restaurants. Read more
Horrible!! Got the wrong order in the drive thru! When I drove ALL THE WAY back to get my money back I returned with the items... and the receipt. The manager Matthew threatened to not refund me my money because all his people are new and they?ve beenmessing up all day and he didn?t want them to feel like they have been messing up all day!! Make it make sense! He threatened tokeep my product and money and through me out of store!!! I finally got a refund. He said it would be faster for them to make themeal again versus me getting a refund!! I had waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal!!! Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. My nuggets were burnt, actually burnt. None of the soda machines worked. The person taking... orders at the counter ignored my boyfriend and left after taking my order. He stood up there waiting for her and she came backand just starred at him then walked off again. Didn?t get something I paid for and went back up and asked for it. Again, blankstarring and gave me something else. Ate there on August 3, 2022 at 6:15 pm. Outside temperature was 102° - no AC in the restaurant The people working in the... kitchen had to be miserable. EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty and there was only one other table of diners in the place. Therestroom was a disaster, no towels to dry hands, floor was just gross! The salsa bar looked like it hadn't been wiped off inhours and there wasn't forks or spoons available. The front of the trash bins were covered in dried salsa and the trash bins bythe entry needed emptying. Never going back! Grungy and gross! Read more

I ordered a taco salad. I got a salad box, half full of ONLY lettuce, some shredded cheese, and a few tomato slivers. No Meat! I... called the store, they did not pick up. I left A voicemail and they have not answered. I called the corporate customer servicenumber, and they said they would tell the district manager to call me. No calls.
