Horrible!! Got the wrong order in the drive thru! When I drove ALL THE WAY back to get my money back I returned with the items... and the receipt. The manager Matthew threatened to not refund me my money because all his people are new and they?ve beenmessing up all day and he didn?t want them to feel like they have been messing up all day!! Make it make sense! He threatened tokeep my product and money and through me out of store!!! I finally got a refund. He said it would be faster for them to make themeal again versus me getting a refund!! I had waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal!!! Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to. My nuggets were burnt, actually burnt. None of the soda machines worked. The person taking... orders at the counter ignored my boyfriend and left after taking my order. He stood up there waiting for her and she came backand just starred at him then walked off again. Didn?t get something I paid for and went back up and asked for it. Again, blankstarring and gave me something else. Ate there on August 3, 2022 at 6:15 pm. Outside temperature was 102° - no AC in the restaurant The people working in the... kitchen had to be miserable. EVERY SINGLE TABLE was dirty and there was only one other table of diners in the place. Therestroom was a disaster, no towels to dry hands, floor was just gross! The salsa bar looked like it hadn't been wiped off inhours and there wasn't forks or spoons available. The front of the trash bins were covered in dried salsa and the trash bins bythe entry needed emptying. Never going back! Grungy and gross! Read more
Ordered nuggets and asked for them to be well done right then. When I got my food not only were they not well done they weren?t... fresh at all. So I pulled back around and said these aren?t fresh and you could tell they dropped them back in the grease andgave them back to be because they were even more tough by now. Came to this location to grab some lunch and quickly head back out to the job site. Upon placing my order with the lady behind... the counter who by the way had a wonderful attitude very helpful I waited for probably 2 to 3 minutes before my name was called.The spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh and the fries didn't have too much salt on them so my lunch was absolutelywonderful. This is one of my favorite locations of Wendy's to visit because every time I go everything is the way that I want itthe way that I've ordered it and is always nice hot fresh delicious with quality ingredients. And I know it's only my opinionbut Wendy's is so much better and cheaper than that nasty Chick-fil-A with their fake chicken. At least when I go to Wendy's Iknow that when I order my chicken it's actually a piece of chicken and not something mashed together with a whole bunch of fat.Always go to Wendy's never go to Chick-fil-A!!! I beleve it waz recently open seems very modern loved the terrace they built outside and the lighting its really cool its almost... like dining at a 5 star rsstaurant exept for the food jeje food was not great but ok. Customer service was fine and despite thefact I was the only customer in tve restaurant they got my order wrong pfff shame the girl on tge front counter did say she wasnew but come on the only customer how do you get it wrong take your time do it right. I ordered a taco salad. I got a salad box, half full of ONLY lettuce, some shredded cheese, and a few tomato slivers. No Meat! I... called the store, they did not pick up. I left A voicemail and they have not answered. I called the corporate customer servicenumber, and they said they would tell the district manager to call me. No calls. This is the worst order and the worst customerservice I have ever seen from Wendy?s. They took the time and money to rebuild that location so that it?s very nice But the foodis not nice. Read more
