Ordered a few of the Lemon Pepper sandwiches. Every single one of the patties were undercooked & this is how they decided the... seasoning should look. Didn't even attempt to cover the chicken in the seasoning just dumped a wad of it into their hand &shoved it in. Avoid. Read more
Placed an online order last night and I could not find the option to add a side of their cheese sauce, I called to make sure it... was still available and the count lady that answered the phone was awesome! She assured me that I would receive my cheese if Iplaced my order online, and sure enough when it was delivered I had the sauce! Great customer service and absolutely wonderfulattitude. Wish I would have gotten her name to mention to the manager that they have an amazing employee doing their job andthen some. All my food was hot and fresh on arrival and everything was correct. I had a horrible customer experience with this Wingstop. I placed an order online and then immediately after placing it realized... I placed it at the wrong location. Within seconds, I called this location to cancel, and the representative said it wascanceled. 15 minutes later (after I had ordered from the correct location), she called me back saying it was not canceled andshe could not cancel it because they had already made the wings when I called to cancel. I really wanted to go with 4.5 stars due to a few issues here but I can?t so give it is. First off, what an incredible staff, if... I was a restauranteur I?d try to hire everyone here, truly great people. The wings and fries are incredible, so good! I do havetwo issues though, first-the music was incredibly loud, I liked a lot of the songs but wow it was loud and 2) someone needs toscrub the floors, back towards the bathroom it is so slick, somebody will fall and bust their bottom and sure y?all sooner orlater, it?s actually dangerous.
