My online order said it would be 28-32 minutes. I walked in 30 minutes after the order and was told it would be 20 more... minutes. A couple walked in behind me to place an order to eat in the restaurant and were told walk-in orders would be a 1-hourwait. I like WingStop better than BWW, but I can at least count on BWW to be somewhat timely with orders. Id like to eat moreoften at WingStop, however, but cannot keep doing this with these recurring wait times. Read more
We have gone here a few times, and last night we placed an order online, when we arrived, there was some issue and they had... never received the ticket. There were only 2 people working on a busy Friday night, but we got our order in a timely manner andit was amazing. The closing staff on 11/04 were incredible! Read more
Online order wasn't ready for an additional 20+ minutes after the pickup window. The worst part is that we paid for two orders... of carrot sticks and were given literally two single sticks. Ridiculous! Read more
This is the worst wing stop! The wait is long and then there were two employees fighting in the store. Then they starting... fighting in the parking lot in front of my car where my two boys 7 and 4 were in the car with my wife. One of them took off hershoot and was exposing herself to my kids!! Are out of state and wanted Wing Stop for dinner, this was closest to our hotel. Me and my friend placed online orders. Get to... the store and apparently their machine ran out of paper and failed to print the orders. Mine went through, my friends did not sohad to wait for them to make the order. After waiting and about to head out wuth our orders we were flagged down because theymessed up and mixed his order with another person's causing us to wait longer. The machine down is one thing but the order mixups from it made it worse. Read more
Wings and fries were great. Inside the shop was terrible. Majority of the tables were dirty. Floor was filthy and trash... overflowing from the containers. Would not recommend going inside. Get it to go. Read more
The food is good, but the wait is too long. The staff was extremely friendly! My dad and I walked in and placed a To-Go order,... and had to wait almost an hour for our food. I think it was due to being understaffed. Otherwise, the food and customer servicewas great. Read more
Just came in to this location at 11:43 . Well about 11:53 after standing at the counter waiting to be asked what we wanted we... left. The 3 employees working 2 girls and 1 guy never acknowledged us at at. The younger girl was making snide comments about uslooking at them cause we wasn?t being helped . The guy walked right last and never said hold tight we are busy be right withyou. Poor customer service skills and need a manager to correct this place and if the bald guy is the manager that?s bad he hasno clue how to treat customers Read more
