Prices have tripled. Drive through order staff were really rude. But the WORST was the food: curly fries were greasy and... meager (which was a blessing), the now TINY sourdough burger was was dry and hard, the cheese was MISSING, the "bacon" was tinyand see-through, and the bread was indescribably worse. When I got home and saw what they had given me I just threw out the$15.00 meal. AVOID this Jack in the Box. Or, now, all these. Google says it's 24 hours so I placed a mobile order around 10:00 at night and then I went to pick it up and the drive through... was blocked the lights were off and I called and found out that they close at 9:00 pm I really don't even want Jack in the boxanymore. It was a far drive too. What a waste of gas and money. Google even says the store updated their hours 2 weeks ago sothat just shows management has no idea what's going on here. So in the end I lost about $20, $10 in gas in about an hour of mytime, and never got any food. Response 5/16/2022: The link you provided had me take a survey?. I completed the survey and at theend it asked me if "it was personal and would like somebody to contact you." I checked yes, and still haven't heard anythingback. Update:6/10/2022 still no response from owner. Update:8/10/2022 still no response from owner. I'm just going to say, avoidthis location at all cost. Read more

If you want to be embarrased and belittled for what you order, this is the place! Horrible service. Ordered two meals and a mega... munchies box. When I ending my order the employee incredulously asked "do you know how much food that is". I was speechless. Hedidn't even give me my total and angrily said to "pull forward". When I got to the window he took my card and said "it's gonnabe awhile, you ordered a lot of food and I've got 4 cars behind you." He was clearly frustrated that he had to do his job. Ifelt so belittled at what I ordered for my family. He brought up how much food I ordered 3 times and was very unkind when givingme my food. This was an unnecessarily rude and humiliating experience. If they hadn't run my card already I would have left. Read more

Ordered a grilled sourdough Swiss sandwich with Mayo, I loved how they forget to put the ham in it and having it be cold!... Would?ve went back but it so not worth wasting gas! There always busy and very slow, but if your order takes too long or if it's almost closing time they're more likely to give it... to you for free. The staff are friendly there just short on help.I continue to go there and eat,the tacos are still cheap ifyour low on money ????. Seriously I love the tacos. Read more

Worst experience ever. Employees yelling at each other. Short staffed. Telling customers to leave due to front end registers not... working. Very high stressed atmosphere. Obviously not employees fault. Corporate needs to step in and help these poor guys out! Read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich and went to return my meal this morning because the chicken was hard as a rock! So their lobby is... closed so I had to use the window and walked up. Gave them my receipt and the nasty food only for them to tell me, well I don?tknow if that chicken is the same chicken from last night??!! Dude! All the manager had to do was apologize and refund me.Instead here?s your pic of the exact same chicken sand that fell apart as I went to grab it out of the package. The sandwich wasnot wrapped correctly and it literally fell out of the wrapper when I went to eat it. You guys need to get it together!
