Went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order was rude when I tried to order a milkshake, that they couldn?t make... because ?the people last night didn?t clean it and she needed to clean it.? And then she told me they only have basic sodas likestrawberry Fanta, lemonade, sprite, etc. even though it says they have 100+ flavors?. I ordered an ultimate bacon cheeseburger,ketchup only and when I got it it had everything on it.. so I called the store and the manager, Leann, was rude trying to tellme, ?well you didn?t come to my drive thru? so I had to explain ?her? Jack in the box?s exact location?. And she tried to arguewith me about whether I had said ultimate cheeseburger with ketchup ONLY when ordering.. very rude all around from every personI interacted with in anyway. This is by far the WORST experience I?ve had from this place. I added pickles to my burger only to find lettuce. The fries are... soggy, half gone and have black spots all over them. Asked for sauces since I wasn?t asked if I would like any and it seemedlike it was the worst thing in the world to ask for. Come to find out, the sauces aren?t even good anymore. I also ordered tacosthat I will not be eating. I spent good money on this food only to throw it away. Not to mention, I didn?t even get a receipt.Rude staff. Horrible service. Gross food. Read more
I've ordered at this particular Jack in the Box before, however, this is the only time I have received such a disappointing... order from a restaurant. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, a side salad, and four tacos. Furthermore, I was extremelydisgusted that the fries were cold and had black spots all over them. I also received my salad, which was atrocious, it hadtomatoes that looked way past their due date, and the cucumbers looked as if they had frost bite. The last thing I ordered werethe tacos, and they were just as gross. I also did not even receive a receipt, and I was disappointed that I had to throw awayall the food because it was so uneatable. I ordered a chicken strips meal, egg rolls and jalapenos poppers, and I was told it'd be a while. I didn't mind, but at the... window, no one came to get my money. Instead, two people were just talking. I had two drinks, so I didn't understand why theywouldn't give me my drinks and take my money so when the food was done, I could go. After 14 minutes, because "the chickenstrips are frozen," a guy comes to the window, slowly opens it and doesn't say anything. I handed him 30 bucks for an order thatwas 27.77. It took him 3 minutes to get my change, and I wish I was joking. Not once did this guy use 2 hands. At one point, hestared at the register for a while, then grabbed 2.23 cents one coin at a time. As he handed me the change I asked to make surethere was ketchup, ranch and sweet and sour sauce, which I ordered and paid for. I get my change, he goes to hand me my bag,then stops and says "need drinks" to another guy who slowly begins to pour my drinks. The guy finally hands me my drinks, thenfood but no straws. So I asked for straws and if there was ranch, etc. He assured me there was and slowly gives me straws actinglike I hurt his feelings. Of course, no condiments or napkins. The chicken strips were the only thing hot. So I pulled aroundto run inside, but the lobby was closed at 4pm on a Saturday and the drive thru was packed. I knocked on the door, repeatedly,and the person inside just stared at me. Eventually, I left and threw most of the food in the garbage, because it was. The onlyhot item was overcooked and disgusting. 30 bucks for inedible food that took over 30 minutes to get. I told some people aboutit, and apparently it's normal for that location. I can only assume the managers are terrible at literally everything and theperson at the window was easily the slowest employee I've ever seen who is incapable of basic communication and math. Clean store, great management, Leanne is wonderful! She has a great personality and is very respectful, professional and very... personable and easy to talk to! She's extremely helpful and very good to her employees which you don't always see & I reallylike to see that! Everyone I've encountered who works there including Jacqueline, Devon, Sean, Maggie, Devonte and of courseMiss Leanne, are absolutely wonderful! I ate here in July 2022 on a Sunday night. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly! We loved cracking jokes with them and... had such a great time! The food was perfect for a quick meal! Read more
I was starving to death when I arrived for this particular visit. There was one car ahead of me and I waited in the Drive-Thru... for 15 minutes. When I got to the window I watched employees leaning on anything that would support their weights. They werelaughing and joking as I waited for my food wondering what in the world am I waiting for. These employees appeared to be dirty.I mean if you looked at someone and thought they are unclean for whatever reason that's what I was thinking. I didn't want toeat the food when I got it. They quickly stuck their hand out the window took my payments went back in and began there laughingand joking again. When the food finally was ready they stuck their arm quickly out the window handed it to me a quick have agood day and they almost caught their arm in the window they tried to shut it so quickly.
