I did a mobile order and I know this location gets slamming busy, but when you go in the drive thru mention your name and wait... 10 minutes in line to get to the window and mention your name 2nd time and you get an order for Ken and you take the drinks backto the window and say you accidentally gave me another person's order and you mention your name again for the THIRD time andthey had to find your order and they hand it to you rudely with an eye roll.. How do you get Ken out of Jannadean, that's kindaof upsetting when this is your neighbor coffee stop, and it's their mistake. I got my what was a hot coffee luke warm. Ishouldn't complain cause I appreciate them working hard, but they could have paid a little more attention when you mention yourname 3 times lol. Read more
This Starbucks staff is great. However the lobby has been closed several times due to staffing issues (I?m guessing) and it?s... an inconvenience because I walk here and it?s not like I can jump in the drive thru line and place an order?. Please close ifyou don?t plan to properly staff location and take existing employees and place them at neighboring location. Running askeleton crew hinders employee morale and creates poor customer experience. Read more
I went there today 9/24/2022 Saturday at 2 PM The website and hours on the door says it is open till 8 pm but the place was... closed. The sign in the window said that the cafe part of the store is closed but the Drive through is open. I went to the drivethrough and it was closed also. The coffee at this location is always awful. I order the most plain jane drink in the world and they can never get it right.... Even a brewed coffee with cream is always bitter and burnt tasting. My coffee this morning was only partially full even though Iorder it with cream to the top. I only go to this location when my usual location has a line around the building, but I probablywon't waste any more of my time or money at this one. Read more

It's about time someone repurposed this building. Lots of parking in the deep shade. Plenty of room in the drive through. ... Restroom was clean, but I couldn't get the hand dryer to work. Noisy inside, but pleasant seating outside. Read more
I am usually not a starbucks fan. I like many other coffeeshops more. However I came to this location for a meeting and really... enjoyed it. The building is an old grange and they did great on the remodel. Large open space not overly noisy. Drive thru. Lotsof seating indoor and outdoor. The parking lot is tight so you may have to drive around a few times. I had a latte and it waspretty good. Great service and a large staff to handle how busy it was. Would go back again. Read more
The shorter hours are incompatible with the neighborhood. If Starbucks doesn't want to run that building they should sell it to... an independent coffee shop owner who would surely make better use of it Read more
