I am used to enjoying a reasonable price for food at Waffle House. I ordered a cheeseburger but bacon and tomato was separate... price. The naked bun with cheese was 5 dollars and 25 cents. After i informed the associate that i ordered only a cheeseburgerhe raked the bacon off slammed the sandwich in the garbage with a bad attitude. I was to afraid to say anything because I'm a 70year old senior that's very feeble. If the associate had been very considerate i would have paid whatever the price and wouldhave had a good feeling. All i needed was someone was to make me feel like i was a customer that ate at Waffle House a lot. Eventhough i didn't get the cheeseburger the t bone steak my wife had was tender and very good. Me and my spouse arrived at this Tunica location around 2:30am it was about 10 people there and to our surprise it was only one... worker. Jaycee was very polite and showed great costumer service considering she had to take everyone?s orders and prepare themas well as take out orders while the other two workers was standing outside socializing, Jaycee really deserve a raise. I onlyrated one star because y?all roaches didn?t have any manners they could?ve waited till we left to come out to eat. Read more
My experience was quite pleasant and my food was prepared to my liking! Smiling faces were in the building!
Let me start by saying that this place was very busy when we walked in. The cooks and servers all kept their cool and hustled... like a team communicating together with the orders taken back. It has been a while since I've seen real team work! It did nottake long for us to get a seat. The server was very nice. Our drinks were quickly brought to us. Our order was taken correctlyand brought to us correctly. We were very pleased. They wasted no time to take care of us and the other customers. The food wasdelicious! Read more
