The people that work there need to be nicer to people very bad attitudes and if you go to Burger King you pay $.60 for a sausage... sandwich at McDonald?s it comes like 212 just for the patty it?s ridiculous. McDonald?s used to be cheaper than Burger King nowit?s unbelievable then you gotta deal with ignorance. Read more

We live locally and get quick meals here. Service is almost always excellent and the food is good. We had a not so great... experience and I respectfully reached out to a manager and they made it right. This McDonalds provides great customer serviceand if they do make mistakes will fix it if you let them know. Read more

We have been going this McDonald's for years because of the play place. Today there was a birthday party and we were told that... the entire area was reserved and we were asked to leave the play area. I think this is a very unfair policy.. I am a payingcustomer like everyone else, so the play area should be open to everyone whether there is a party or not, and my kids should notbe denied access to the play area. But whatever... If this is their policy, then so be it. I asked for a refund, which I got,and left. Never coming back to this location... Read more

I?ve always liked this McDonald?s, so it?s sad I have to give them a 1? all because of ONE employee. I ordered through the drive... thru - 2 large caramel frappes & a large fry. When I got to the window to pay, the guy repeated my order saying ?2 caramelsundaes & a large fry?. Here is where I, yes, I messed up. Instead of asking the guy if he had meant frappe instead of sundae ortelling him I ordered frappes, I just said yes. My 2 month old son was fussing in the back and I was helping my husband find abottle to give him, so I wasn?t really focusing on what the guy said either. Again, MY fault. When I got to the pickup window, the girl handed me the fries & then the sundaes. Before taking them I mentioned that I order frappes. She asked for my receipt,I handed it to her & she rudely said ?yeah, it says sundaes? I asked if I would be able to get frappes instead. Before I couldask if I could pull ahead to wait for MY mistake (which is why I wouldn?t have minded waiting) she closed the window in my facewhile saying ?it?ll be out?. When she came back to the window with the frappes I thanked her & wanted to apologize again forholding things up, but she said something sly under her breath & closed the window as fast as she could. I unfortunately did notget her name, but she has short dark hair & black plugs in her ears. I completely understand being annoyed with a mistake thatwas not HER fault, but to be rude to the customer is not professional. I don?t care where you work, you don?t treat a payingcustomer that way (even if you?re upset with them - because I am a firm believer that the customer is NOT always right - like mein this situation.) If she acted this childish for a pretty minor mistake, I would hate to see how she would act with a largermistake. Things happen & if you can?t professionally handle them, then a different job might be better. With that being said, Iget people have bad days, but we?ve all been there & had to work through them WITHOUT being Read more

This is a typical McDonald's. It has been recently remodeled, and has the most modern ordering service available. They also have... a Play Place that is open part of the day. The drive-thru is open. Read more

This McDonald's usually has everything fresh and made correct. Their ice cream machine *usually isn't broken like most... McDonald's. The staff is friendly and I've never been disappointed at this particular location! Read more
