Enjoyed my visit greatly at this location. What really set them above par is the bartender Robyn. Ordered a Old Fashioned and... I’ve NEVER EVER NEVA NEVA had it made correct & to such perfection it was so refreshing & boosted my visit from great towhatever word is better than great. ????The food looked great and tasted even better. I came with a group of 3 for lunch. We got to B WW before 12. There was some kind of miscommunication between who was suppose to... be our server so our order wasn’t taken until 20 minutes after being seated. Took another 20 to get our food. When Morgan satour food down we asked for to go boxes because we needed to get back to work. A table that sat down beside us after we orderedour food had also just gotten theirs and were boxing their food. We tried to ask Morgan about the 15 minute lunch guarantee butshe didn’t comprehend what we were asking so we asked for the manager, Carrie. Carrie came to our table with an attitude andstank face before we had even spoken with her. She was very rude and told us that BWW was corporate now and policies had changedand she couldn’t honor any type of discount. She then held out her hand for my card for payment like the conversation wasover. I’ve worked in the food industry and there are a lot of improvements that can be made starting with your server nottalking people out of ordering food they want to try by calling it “horrible” and by improving the way your “manager”handles questions from customers. We went in on Labor Day around 5:15 & were advised that there would be (about) a 20 minute wait. We were given a menu which... benefited us GREATLY... as we were seated about 25 minutes later, we were ready to order. Ashley (our server) was EXCELLENT. Wehad our food in NO TIME & we were paid & out the door in time to make it to Sam's Club before they closed at 6pm!!! My waitress today was incredibly friendly and checked on me frequently. She did her job with a smile, but I did get food that... was not what I ordered because it was plated and trayed by someone else. She was busy, so the food came out pretty cold, too. Ihad a grilled chicken wrap with spicy garlic flavoring and it wasn't half bad for a lower calorie alternative, and one of theleast expensive things on the menu at $9 *including fries. My nice waitress and the clean dining room & bathroom (w/ plenty ofsoap and paper towels) earned them 4 stars. Read more
I tried 2 separate times to door dash my food. They stuck a seal on the side of the bag with the bag wide open. My food is wet... and soggy. I also don’t know if it was tampered with because it wasn’t sealed correctly. I am so disappointed. I have triedto call numerous times. I have yet to receive anything.
