September 12, 2019: Exceptionally good service - the woman who took my order and payment was very friendly and ask how I was... doing. The man who gave me my order was pleasant and cautioned me that the food was excessively hot. These two exhibitedespecially good interpersonal skills with their customer service and went beyond requirements. The food was good, too. Iappreciate my service at this Hardee?s every time that I visit their restaurant! Tonight, February 3, 2021, I used thedrive-thru and noted again the good service. The lady who took my order and who was my cashier, had the manners of an angel. Shemade me happy to be there! And, the gentleman who brought my order to the car, was likewise mannerly. I mean it's so hard to put into words exactly my experience. I've never hand an issue at this location. The employees are always... in a good mood and willing to help. The store and the bathroom areas stay clean. The food itself is wonderful no mater what Iorder. I do wish to see more options open in the 5$ boxes and bring back the two burger 5$ box.
