Ordered take out from here today and the young lady that was in the drive thru was rude. 1st I pulled up to get my order, I... waited at the window for about 5 minutes before I decided to knock on the window. 2nd, when she got to the window, I asked iftheir buzzer worked, she said no and apologized real fast and with attitude, I didn't appreciate that. Now I must admit I hadan attitude as well and she could have been feeding off my energy. But what confused me was if you know the buzzer is broke,could you not keep your eye on the window, especially if you know you have call-in orders. Can you not put a sign on the windowor do something to let your customers know what's going on with buzzer some type of way? IJS... Read more

It's getting one star cause no stars isn't a choice. Ordered the big dinner box with wings had to pay extra for one dipping... sauce for the wings. Both pizzas was extremely undercooked crust was extremely doughy with hardly any sauce on either. Both theladies at the drive thru was very short and rude. Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza since I was a little boy. The hand tossed crust has become my new favorite.... Definitely worth a try if you haven't tried it before. Read more
Ordered a pizza with an eta of 40-50 min. 1hr and 10 min later, still no pizza. And when i called to cancel the order and... request a refund, the manager didn't seem to care. No apology or anything. Read more
We never use this pizza hut but our other one is moving (big mistake by the way.....no drive through line at new place. Will... cut business).... Anyway. 3 of 4 pizza were burnt. The cook knew they were burned, and the person that boxed it knew theywere. No one said a thing or apologized or offered a discount or to re cook. We live 25 min away and had a kitchen full ofteenage boys. Bad business. Will never go there again. Read more
