Great food, service, and atmosphere! Clean. Seemed staff worked as a team...good experience.

Was seated,then waited 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken. I ordered the fish and chips, you couldn't taste the fish... from all the grease. My companion ordered the steak and shrimp combo, the steak was over cooked and dry. The best part of themeal was the cheese stick starter and the biscuits. Perfect!!! Excellent, exactly what we was wanting. The food was on point unlike last time, meat was so juicy not dry at all..... the lobster tail was one of the best I've had.. I haven't had the opportunity to dine at Red Lobster lately due to the pandemic, but my family & I decided to stop in today &... I'm very happy we did. The food was delicious as always but we had a very lovely server by the name of Keshia that went out ofher way to be especially kind to my nine year old son as well as the rest of my family. Customer service is becoming a thing ofthe past but I was so very pleased to see that it isn't dead just yet. Thank you Ms. Keshia for making our dining experience sodelightful.???? Read more
