8/10 times I visit this location there are issues with my order. Either it?s not right, gave the wrong item, or it takes them... over 15-20 minutes to bring my order out even if I order ahead of time. It makes no sense. The only reason I continue to go tothis location if because it of close to my work but today was the last straw. Read more
If I could rate it a 0 I would, I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake for my daughter with some mozzarella sticks and a large... coke with lite ice and had to call back 3 times after hearing sorry we're short staffed to your food is on it's way but therewere others who arrived and ordered way more and got it before I left. Took 30 mins for our food. Wasn't even busy. Update: while waiting, ordered another coffee, which arrived quickly. I asked about... our food and I guess the worker didn't understand. I waited another 10 mins then went inside to check on my order. They hadcompleted my order. They said we gave it to you, I had to argue with them saying no they didn't. Asked for a refund. At thispoint I doubt it will show up because they said it would take 10 days to post. Eat somewhere else. Read more
It took more than 30 minutes for us to get our food and it wasn't even warm when they brought it out to us! We ordered simple... food! I ordered 2 corn dogs and tots and my mom ordered a classic grilled chicken sandwich. It should not have taken them 30minutes. We sat here and waited while we watched other people get their food. Worst sonic ever. Placed order on app and checked 5 minutes later. 10 min after checking in, showed on screen order on way... out. After 18 min pushed button and asked about order and was told on way. After being there 30 min still no order. I pushedbutton again and waited, still nothing. Asked for manager, didn't get one. Called and asked for refund was told would and shehung up. At this point been waiting 50+ min and they brought out wrong order. I simply ordered a cup of water and cup of ice . They did give me a coupon for a free drink only good for that location....I LIVE OVER 2 HOURS AWAY. Besides that, I would notgo back anyway. Read more
If i could rate lower I would. Service was awful. We ordered off the app. Waited nearly half an hour for food. Didn't get the... full order. Waited over an hour for the rest. When we called to lodge what should be a reasonable complaint the person wasextremely rude to us along with everyone else. I recommend going somewhere else. This doesn't even take account of the foodwhich was poorly made and the ice cream was fully melted. Read more
