Unfortunately I had to pick at least one star since it won?t let you pick 0. That one star goes to the trainee that welcomed me... and got my silverware and water quickly. When the waitress that had been cavorting with the other waitresses came and sat on theedge of the sink right in front of me and watching videos on her phones, another waitress came up and spoke to me (I think shewas trying to get my waitress to wait on me). After 15 minutes of no service, I left. Went to North Gloster location and waswaited on immediately, got food quickly and still made it to my doctor?s appointment. Read more
