So I pulled up to this location at 9:40pm on November 14th, I guess it was a man standing outside I said excuse me are y?all... taking any orders. That person proceeded to ignore me, then that person walks in the restaurant from the back door. Then pulledup to the window and my bf asks them if they taking orders and that same person saids I just walked in the back door fromsmoking? understandable how come the other persons couldn?t take my order. Instead of me waiting 20 something odd minutes in thedrive thru.. so I proceeded to give them my order. The I guess manager gave us our food that same person that was outside gonehave a whole attitude and say what sauce after I told the manager what sauce he/she said well said what sauce we told thatperson then gone proceed to say I guess that?s what?s in the bag?. I would have given a 0 but that is not an choice. When I got in the drive-thru it was 5 cars ahead of me. When it was my turn... to order it took the order taker 7 minutes to answer the speaker. I drive-thru around to the 1st window to pay their is no oneat the window. I waited for about a minute for someone to come. When I get to the 2nd window I am shocked!!! There is 5 crewmembers leaning on the counters and window. They must have been in a deep conversation because no one opened the window to handme my order. So I just sit there watched this unmanaged crew not do anything for 10 minutes. Every single one of them hadphones in their hands and out of uniforms. The boy had his visor turned to the right. One of the girls had a black head scarfon. Finally I got someone attention and asked for a refund about that time the manager on duty comes around the corner carryingice!! OMG why is she carrying ice when she has a full crew and everyone was just standing around.? This store is one of theworse managed Wendy's hands down!!! Bad customer service!!! Has a sign on the window that states "Dining room is open!!" But doors are locked and they have lost more business! Wonder how... many other customers have locked out. Read more

I spent $ there not oñ myself, but to feed the homeless. My kids, my friend and I have been helping less fortunate people.... Bring them tents, sleeping bags, and necessities for both gender. Sadly some had sitcom to their illness. 1 guy got a job, aftera brief talk I informed him on what he needed to do. I gave him my number, he call and told me he had started working and thathis brother in law let him move back. Then the calls stopped, I have not heard anything from him so at this point i hope he'sstill doing ok , but if not you know where to find me. Now I said all that to say Wendy's chili doesn't taste like it useto. IF ANYONE LIKE TO HELP, YOU CAN REACH OUT TO SALVATION ARMY, MAC TURNER, OR MYSELF. CASH APP $SOBEYRAK I ask for no monies,but clean clothes, perishable food. The youngest was 19 that I recently met living under a bridge. Tupelo y'all got to dobetter. Fries were ok. Strawberry frosty is good. The forgot my bacon on my sandwich, though. I mean an extra dollar and then they don't... put it. And it wasn't like i added it: it's a jr bacon cheeseburger. Read more

Horrible experience. I didn?t receive a receipt and I noticed I was supposed to get back $13 with my order but I only got $3... back so I complained and the manager at the time said the cashier came up short herself and I said that?s her problem. Sherefused to look at the camera and see that I gave her a 20 instead of a 10. She then shut the window in my face after I askedher again to look at the cameras and see. So I paid $17.31 for a $5 biggie bag and a chicken sandwich instead of 7.31. Extremelydispleased. Other actions have been taken that I cannot state. I will be speaking to Mrs. Clark on this situation. Read more

This place is awful. Waited a half hour to get baked potato. Finally got to order sorry no baked potato. So I drive across town... to another Wendy's. Sorry no baked potato. She said first shift doesn't put them on. So changing shifts have to Then it takes anhr and a half to bake. The girl at the window didn't seem to care. Don't even know why they sell them. I went to Wendy?s on 06/10/22 the drive threw sat there ova 10 minutes before I even ordered?. Another 5 minutes pass by I get... to the window only to see the staff gossiping and laughing I paid almost $20.00 for a salad missing items off it had pay fullprice no sauce are plastic wear straws for the complete order the food was awful I will not ever go back to Wendy?s customerservice was very negative experience????????????????????????
