I went they to drive thru to take a salad back to my hotel for dinner. I bought my favorite Zaxby?s Cobb Zalad. I love them! ... This one just wasn?t as tasty. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and a drink. The menu had $10.69 (or very close) but there was a display with $8.99 for... salads. The cashier at the register rang up the higher price. When I asked about the difference, she just shrugged hershoulders and said it was $10.69. it was good but I think the price was too high. The bowl wasn't even full. Horrible management!!!! When a customer needs help, help the customer not chit chat with a friend you haven't seen in a long... time! Ended up getting my money back because the manager took forever talking, even the employee helping me was frustrated withthe manager! Managements excuse why they chit chatted was, "that wasnt my friend" ok then! ???? Also, they need to trainemployees to tell customers when an item is no longer available instead of just placing a order in for whatever! I love zaxby's as a general rule as their food is great, but their staff was confused and could not get our drinks right after... multiple attempts. We finally gave up and drank whatever weird concoction we received. Well, tried, we eventually poured themout. My wife's Dr. Pepper was a mix of 2 or 3 sodas and my cream soda was a dark color and tasted like a splash of cream sodawas placed in a coke zero. It was wild. Luckily my son got his sweet tea even though they were out and it was supposed to havebeen my cream soda. LOL Read more

the french fries i had ordered around 6 were uncooked they were frozen in the middle!! gave me and my husband food poisoning... which also i?m pregnant shame on the lazy no good workers!! and also the supposed to be 25¢ sauce that they over chargers usfor we ended up paying 2$ for a 25¢ sauce which only asked for one!!! do better lazy people it?s not that hard!
