They and I mean everyone that works there needs to learn what customer service is and how to talk to people. Good food normally and respectful delivery folks. However, taking orders they can seem lazy at times at how the take the order... or mood they are in as they speak to you. They do make good on complaints tho and much respect for this. Read more
Amazing pizza. Quick delivery. I ussaly ask for it well done. It?s good pizza and there other options are amazing.
We make a meal once a week to get take out. Last last 3 times we ordered there it was total awlful. I got a steak and there... wasnt much on it. It was soggy and nothing to it tonight we ordered pizza and sticks. Good tbing tbe sticks were ok. The pizzawas under cooked very doughy wasnt goid at all . We tossed a large pizza away. To be fair, our order took over two hours to get to us. That being said, we are from out of town, and understand the... difficulties of the food service industry. My review is not based solely on the the quality of the food alone (which was aboveexpectations), nor the delivery time, but the customer service we received when we called (for the second time). The manageranswered, and when we said that we were canceling our order, completely understood, and offered to credit us a meal for our nextorder. I thanked him, and explained that we are from out of town, and will not be ordering from their establishment again. Themanager apologized again, and mentioned he has been dealing with new drivers (this was the first time we spoke to someone whodidn?t just assure us it would be there ?shortly ?). I laughed, and asked if they put in my order right right now, how quicklythey could get it here. They said 15-20 minutes, and they delivered. Mistakes are made. The food service industry is what itis, and good help is hard to find. I appreciate this establishment doing everything they could to correct an unfortunatemiscommunication. Read more
Guido's can be good or bad depending on who's cooking. They frequently mess up my order. When you order anything for delivery... beyond 2 or 3 items they are almost guaranteed to mess up your order. The pizza is good and arguably the best pizza in TupperLake. Some foods are good there some are gross but that's just my personal preference. Great place to order a pizza if you're inTupper Lake. Just be careful ordering more than 3 items they are prone to messing something up. The wait times have beenridiculous and the driver has messed up my orders countless times consecutively. The pizza is worth the frustration though. Read more
Their food was great! Large pizza with extra cheese and a broccoli calzone. Both done perfectly. We ordered delivery on a Friday... night to be delivered to Shaheens Hotel while we're were up there for a hiking trip. The food arrived fast and hot and tasteddelicious! The girl who helped us on the phone was lovely and the delivery man was pretty cool too. Definitely going back on ournext trip North. Read more
