PorkBusters catered our wedding and it was FABULOUS!! The food was incredible - our guests couldn't say enough about how much... they loved ALL of the food! Everything was sooo tasty! We had the Kansas City and North Carolina pulled pork with sides ofdelicious homemade sauces, mac 'n cheese, pulled pork beans, salt potatoes, and coleslaw ... all were beyond amazing. Mike, theowner, is a pleasure to work with. He is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Mike is accommodating and willing to workwith you to make your event perfect. Chef Hank prepared the amazing meal and stayed on-site to cater the event. He was wonderful- so professional and a joy to interact with. We hired Pork-busters to cater a retirement luncheon and they were fantastic all around. The drop off was exactly as indicated,... the food was packaged great and easy to transport, if needed. We had PorkBusters cater our wedding October 1st 2022 on Lake Simond. We could not have made a better decision! The buffet was... setup very professionally with an array of pulled pork BBQ, chicken, mac 'n cheese, baked beans, cornbread, coleslaw and all thecondiments. PorkBusters took care of all of the details. After seeing what a great job they did, how awesome the food andservice was, and hearing from everyone there how good the food was....PorkBusters is now our #1 go to. AMAZING food, service and communication with Mike and Chef Hank! They catered our daughters wedding in the Adirondacks in late... August in the middle of a countywide power outage and brutal rain and wind storm. They came with their own generator, which Hankset up super quickly, rolling out DELICIOUS appetizers immediately; watermelon/cheese, BBQ Waldorf Chicken Sliders, Deviled Eggsw/bacon and Caprice skewers with balsamic vinegar reduction. Dinner was set up soon thereafter; BBQ Ribs, Pulled pork, smokedchicken quarters, honey corn bread, Mac n? cheese, baked beans in Kentucky BB sauce and sweet and sour green beans. The food wasout of this world good! Chef Hank packaged all leftovers up after the evening was done and we split it up between all of ourguests and feasted on it for the next 3 days! We had them cater our office party and the food was amazing! From the yummy pulled pork to the mac and cheese to the tacos and... michigans, it was all fantastic. If you?re on the fence about having PorkBusters BBQ food truck or even just their food at your event, do it! I promise you won?t... regret it! Mike, Barb and the PorkBusters crew are phenomenal! We ordered food for pick up for an ?I Do BBQ? and it was preparedand packaged very carefully. They provide you with instructions on how to slowly heat the meats and other sides of your choice.We received so many compliments on the food! We had Porkbuster?s BBQ catered at our wedding, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The catering service was top notch. It... was professional, and they really went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was perfect. The food is unbelievablygood. We had two kinds of pulled pork, brisket, chicken, mac & cheese, coleslaw, and cornbread. One huge bonus for us is thatthey were able to make everything on our menu gluten free to accommodate many of our guests. I would recommend them to anyonewho needs an event catered or who just wants to take friends out for a delicious meal?the service at the food truck is equallyfantastic. Five stars from me for sure!
