we were there for forty five minutes before a server decided to take our food order. we had to get our own drinks despite... multiple server's working. the food was cold and the chips and salsa were offered as afterthought i guess. unless you're a localdon't expect any service. 2/10 won't go back. Our family of 3 including a 5-year old all enjoyed Hotel Turkey. We drove over from Lubbock for the evening and enjoyed great... live music, food, and drinks! One of the managers even brought our son over a plate of french fries when we arrived because heheard him saying he was hungry. The venue was clean, everyone was friendly, and there were several other young kids around forour child to play with. We all had a great time! Look forward to coming back. Read more

I don't know if I have the right words for the Hotel Turkey. From the owners, down through the entirety of the staff they were... wonderful, pleasant and accommodating. The container rooms are awesome! The food is fantastic! The town itself is a lovely placewhere time seems to pause... Living on Turkey time. 1000/10 will return. ?????? Read more
What a delightful find!! Hotel Turkey is historic, fun and unique in all the right ways! We loved the live music and dinner... was exceptional! Our eclectic converted shipping container was perfectly decorated and comfy! Even our pup had the best time, asthere was plenty of room on the the hotel grounds for walks! Pat & Tina have put their heart into Hotel Turkey and it shows! Wehighly recommend a stay there! In fact, we would love to return! Read more

Stayed here while on a long road to visit every state park in the Panhandle. We were here on a weekend night so the restaurant... downstairs got very busy and a band was playing music, it didn't get too loud in our upstairs room, and earplugs were providedif needed. This property is historic so the floors creak and the door squeak, but the wife & I love historic buildings so wedidn't mind the extra character. An excellent breakfast is included and served downstairs. My wife is pretty picky about wherewe stay and what she eats but has already told me she wants to return to Hotel Turkey & Caprock in the spring so I have to givethem 5 stars based on that. The hosts here are very pleasant and accommodating. Read more
