Good food and friendly staff. The restaurant can use some remodeling. The seats on booths sink in and feel hard.
Hostess tonight was very rude. As we checked in you can tell the hostess doing check ins was very irritated. You can her hear... her complaining like she hated her job. We gave our name and she said it would be a 20-25 min wait. We waited out font on thebench for 15 mins and went and went back inside when we saw a spot on the bench open. We were there for an hour and seen untilwe finally decided to ask how much long would it be. She got mad when I guess she wrote our name down wrong. We just decided totake our business elsewhere. Note to Apple bees, when running a restaurant please be sure Hostess doing the check ins is in ahappy mood and make customers feel welcomed. Horrible experience to say the least Read more
Aug 13, 2022 The steak with mashed potatoes was good. Limited time special 12 shrimp w/sauce for only $1 extra. Nice... atmosphere, low light club vibe with bar in the middle. Was so good! Got the delicious chicken Alfredo with broccoli, it came with a nice soft , fresh bread stick! It was a nice... surprise, because this is the first Applebee's that has given me a bread stick with this order and the breadsticks are reallygood! There was so much food I brought it home for another meal. Their to go containers are ideal for keeping food fresh forlater! Staff was helpful and friendly their appearances were clean and professional! I think this was one of the betterApplebee's that I've been to. Service was absolutely horrible. Our waitress was too busy texting on her phone to bring us our check. ????????My wife's pasta... was cold and that appetizer you see in the middle was the first thing we ordered and the last to get to the table after we hadalready finished our plates.
