I decided to here for my birthday with my husband and kids worse choice I ever made, 1 hour and half the wait time we didn?t... mind when we got a table our server decides to go served a table that was after us we waited around 20 minutes to get service?we still didn?t mind because it look like they were short staff and the girl was doing her best but anyway the rating goes forthe food sorry but nope we spend over 100 for dry hard wings steal fríes. Worse birthday dinner I?m not ever going back to thisplace we should have stick with our first choice Olive Garden? worse mistake ever?. Have been here twice before and have never had the service I had last night. It took my partner and I at least 15 minutes after... being seated to be acknowledged by our waiter for drinks. The music itself was louder than usual. After getting our food, I wasalso charged way over what I had ordered and brought it to the hostesses attention (she was way more helpful than our waiter.) Idon't like complaining but our waiter already had apologized for the long wait, didn't hear me say no fries but still addedfries to the order and the overcharge of close to $60 was the last straw. Another very bad experience 2 stars this time since no improvement... They didn't have like 4 different items I wanted I love... the sampler but since they were out of onion rings they couldn't sale it or even switch them out for fries ... So I orderedchicken nachos the everything pretzel bites with cheese and boneless wings ... Pretzel bites came out first the everything onthe pretzel bites was just laying in the tray so they were plain... The cheese I received was cold and only a very small halfcup of cheese ... The boneless wings cold room temperature no sauce dry and tasted like they have been sitting... Oh and thenachos came out about 50 mins later ( NO CHICKEN) the cheese was not melted chips were stale and only about a tablespoon ofnacho cheese on the whole plate I had to wait another 15-20 mins for the chicken to come out for the nachos... They reimbursedme for the nachos after everyone was done eating very disappointing. I'm sticking with 2 stars only because our waitress whatfairly nice. Read more
The waitress was nice and she tried hard but they were out of Onion Rings, and chicken tenders for kids and even specialty... Chicken sandwiches for adults. We kept asking to speak to a manager but he stayed hidden in the back. Terrible if you admirecustomer service, I think they can use team building and management training at this location in Turlock. Beer is nice and cold environment is good but I ordered fries and when they were brought out they were cold and rubbery and dry... from being cooked more then once . I ask the guy behind the bar if I could get fresh ones. He took them to the back and heatedthe same ones which made them even worse. How do you mess up fries. They were burnt up and like leather. The fries were awfulBut the beer was nice and cold. Read more

Absolutely the worst food I have had in a long time! Don't ever order to go! After waiting 45 minutes for our food we got home... less than a half a mile away and everything was dead cold and rubbery! Very disappointed! There were 2 employees that were verykind. However you need to educate your hosts on HOSPITALITY! And your Cooks on COOKING! I was not impressed by either! I do notrecommend this place. Their food leaves much to be desired. Read more
