So I work as a supervisor in the mental health field. I took three clients out to eat dinner. Del Taco was closed for dine in... but drive thru was open. I pulled up and explained my situation to the staff at Del Taco because each client needs anindividualized receipt per regulations. Del Taco staff went above and beyond to facilitate this but did so with respect andgrace. This was on 9/29/22 at around 5:15pm. I didn?t get their names but if you see this God bless you guys. Despite what it says on Google, I just tried to eat here in the dining area and the doors were locked. ? Del Taco: If your... dining room is still closed during normal business hours, please update the information, so people don't drive all the way toyour restaurant expecting to be able to dine-in and then find out that they can't because you're still locking your businessdoors during normal business hours. Sometimes the cashiers are rude. The chicken always tastes gross. It almost tastes rancid. Everything else on the menu is just... ok. Tolerable but avoid the chicken at all costs. And get the soft taco instead of crunchy. The crunchy taco shells taste stale.Or just go somewhere else. Read more
Very good customer service. The staff is very helpful. Everything I ordered was correct and made just the way I ordered it. I... seen the funniest thing well I was eating this lady did not notice the signs that said dose not work and soda got on her purseand she tried to blame the employee and said the machine didn?t have a sign. When it Clearly did some people just like to showoff and make people feel bad the employee apologized and gave her something to clean her purse but the lady was still rude aboutit. Read more

Thank you Del Taco! Thank you for finally offering Vegan food for all of us Vegans here in the San Joaquin Valley (which is one... of the hardest places to be Vegan). I also enjoy how clean it is to eat inside the restaurant. If you want healthier options forthe days you dine out, then definitely give Del Taco a try and order their Beyond Avocado Tacos with no cheese. You'lldefinitely fall in love with them. Del Taco..... Oh how I love this fast food chain. I was a late bloomer and discovered Del Taco later in life. The dollar menu is... fantastic especially the mini shake. Perfect size for kids and adults on an imaginary diet. Fish, chicken, beef and pork alldamn good. Had some fish tacos today and a wet chicken enchilada. So good! Fresh and clean that's all that matters. Read more
This stores dining room is always closed employees claim it is because they are understaffed. The staff appears to be friendly... and kind. It's ashame management chooses to run the store this way. Read more
