Disappointed! I have eaten many times at several other local Deli Delicious sandwich shops, and was always impressed with the... quality ingredients, careful preparation, and order accuracy. This location failed on all 3. The ingredients tasted "day old",the roast beef was all end slices: tough and super well done. The preparation and accuracy were off as well: I ordered AND PAIDEXTRA for extra meat and extra pepperoncini. I got neither. The Pesto Chicken is supposed to have fresh mozzarella. But for somereason, we got jack cheese instead. Of course we didn't find any of this out until we got home, 30 minutes later. $25 for twosandwiches? Usually I'm overjoyed. This time I was frustrated and upset. Maybe you guys just had a bad day, but I'm sorry to sayI won't be back to see if that was the case. It?s with much shame that I write this review, I used to love coming here and ordering the BBQ chicken sandwiches. Today I... ordered a BBQ chicken Spinach wrap and I got a lettuce wrap instead, I would have been okay with that but what I?m not okay withis that it?s not even chicken inside it?s burnt Chicken Crumbs, not toasted but burnt. They have other times messed up my ordersand I have never complained but today had really disappointed me. So my advice for anyone is to check your orders before leavingthe establishment and making sure you?re getting what you?re paying for. Read more
I?ve ordered from this place 3 times and EVERY time they?ve messed up my order and when I go to the store or call them about... THEIR mistake they give me attitude and are very rude. The sandwiches were also very poorly made. If I could give zero stars Iwould. I do not recommend this place at all, food isn?t good and employees all have bad attitude and very unprofessional. This is the second time I've ordered sandwiches from here and they were delicious both times! There were fresh ingredients and... fresh bread. I ordered through door dash and I loved the toasted rolls the sandwich were on. Really reasonable prices too. Thankyou for great foid Read more
Really like the sandwiches, really disappointed with the speed of service. Placed an order online to save time as their sign... says, got there, order still wasn't ready, 2 customers walked in behind me, placed their order and got their food before me.What should have saved time, actually cost me more time. I ordered online when the website said "Current process time 1 minutes". When I arrived to pick up my order 15 minutes later,... they hadn't even started on my order (the employees were all in the way back of the restaurant when I arrived), so I had to waituntil they made it. Not a big deal, but isn't the point of an online order so it's ready upon pickup? Then, when I got home toeat my order, I discovered they had made the sandwich incorrectly -- I ordered "Sprouted Grain Whole" bread, and they wrapped mysandwich up in some unusual green wrap. Horrible. We had Philly Cheese Steak. We changed the order from large to medium because of their prices being outrageous. Never... in my life have I had a Philly cheesesteak taken out of the refrigerator stuck in the microwave and thrown on bread. We orderedwith mushrooms. Gross they were canned. This hot sandwich was barely Luke warm. The meat was grizzly and hard to chew. And takemy word for it between 2 mediums there was not even a 1/2 pound of meat. $20. +. I not only don't recommend this place Idiscourage you from even trying it. Two people home after travelling starving and this food was absolutely the worst I wouldhave been more happy at McDonald's. Seemed really short handed, only one person in front of me and I waited a little over 10 minutes to be helped. My sandwich and... fries took another 15 minutes to be made. Quite a bit of the tables were dirty, bathroom was out of toilet paper. My sandwichhad items I requested to not have. Only positive was the beer battered fries are delicious. Read more
