This place is really hit and miss. Some days they have the ingredients fully stocked and things are cleaned up. Other times,... like the other day when we went, ingredients were out they didn't refill when asked, the counter was a mess and for me thebiggest issue the customer in front of me asked for Sriracha AND chili paste, cool you do you dude, but they didn't clean offthe grill before cooking mine and as soon as I got my bowl I could smell the spice. I like spice but I couldn't even eat my foodit was so damn spicy. I was incredibly disappointed. I've never left hungry until that night. Cleaning the grill after a bowllike that should be a restaurant policy. Read more
Great customer service but place started to look run down but food is still ????
The employees were the best part! Very friendly, attentive, happy to help, and on top of keeping the counters clean. Great... variety of food and enjoyed being able to make my own plate. The flavor was good but I won't be a regular here. Good spot everyonce in a while with big portions but wasn't crazy about anything in particular to make me want to come back often. I would have gave them 5 stars, but there was a small hair in my wife's soup , other than that the service and food was... EXCELLENT. It was my first time there , or to experience Mongolian BBQ. The food area is small so be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially as the staff works to accommodate needs for increased... sanitation. All patrons are asked to use hand sanitizer and wear gloves before entering the food area. The staff is friendly andhelpful. Food is good. It is a lot. If your asking me about the food. Yes it's good, a solid 3. Some of the cabbage had black spots so I has pick it out. So inspect... the veggies before putting it on your plate. They have tubs of tofu and pineapple that had pieces of other food floating in it.If they focused on cleaning the food area more then I could look past the state of the dining room and the bathroom. Let me justsay, wash your hands and nothing more. The bathrooms look like they haven't been touched since the pandemic started. The diningroom also needs some serious maintenance. Since this is a chain I don't fully blame the workers. But even with these issues, itwas full and the food was pretty good. So maybe get it to-go. Read more
