Horrible customer service! Lady with glasses who was at front taking orders was extremely rude and disrespectful btw said she... was the manager! Refuse to take my husbands order thru drive thru. They parked went inside told them to leave that we weren?ther customers and to leave the restaurant. She has a disgusting ???? attitude I called corporate and they took a report I knowthis isn?t the first time she done this before she?s before but we?d never called until now this is too much!!! Lazy employees just standing around holding up the counter waiting to hand out mobile orders. One plopped my bucket on the... counter, not even a smile. Had to wait & chicken was cold too. Looked liked the chicken was pressure-cooked & it was soggy. Notat all appetizing. A lump of soggy chicken in a moist bucket with a plastic bag tied tight. Yuck for $26. Never going backthere. Most items were not available because apparently they start shutting down the fryers and whatever else they use to make the food... 45 minutes before they actually close! I was told I would have to wait over 20 minutes if I wanted fries and chicken becausethey only had one working fryer. Not to impressed but the popcorn chicken I got was good so no complaints about the food. Read more
Went through drive thru and was told to wait in the front for my order. There were 20 cars waiting for their foods in the... front. Employee told me because they wanted their drive thru time down so that?s why they made everyone waited in front fortheir foods. I waited 2 hour just to get my chicken combo meal. Owner is trying to save money I guess because the front counters lights are off. For a second I thought they might be close but... then there's a few people inside. There was NO staff available in the front counter to take our order. We were third in lineWaited maybe 5 minutes for a staff to appear on a weekday lunchtime. There was one staff member doing the drive thru and anotherone in the kitchen. Maybe hire more staff members or schedule people properly? They really need more staff because the diningarea was dirty, the trash can was full, the soda area was messy. Overall poor management. Food was fine. came out on time. Weordered a root beer float and we were dining in but I wonder why it wasn't served on the chilled mug as traditional. Read more
Ordered the spicy famous bowl for the first time through door dash and this is what I got , with 3 burnt pieces of chicken . The... bowl looked like a soup , FILLED with oil . Didn?t seal the bag , was missing an item as well. Waste of 18 dollars , threw thebowl away . I think these workers need to get re trained lol . Never getting food from this store / KFC again.
