If I could give them zero star I honestly would!! When asked to speak to a store manager we were told there is none. No owner... either. There?s a gal name Melonie, who called herself the only one in charge, was absolutely unprofessional and rude in anymanner. Worst customer service experience we?ve had! Our order was made wrong and when we called to get it corrected we werecalled liars by her. When asked to speak to a store manager she said there is none. No owner either! This location is ran by adolescent kids who don't even know their store number. I watched them playing around and on cell phones... and informed the young guy who came to the window that he had a line of cars waiting while they were playing around. Heresponded to me that he had better things to do an ran away as I snapped his picture for this add. I think this restaurant needsa more professional atmosphere and employee accountability, till then stay clear from this location. None of the employeesseemed to care about the customer experience and that tells me this has been going on awhile at this location.
