If I could give them zero star I honestly would!! When asked to speak to a store manager we were told there is none. No owner... either. There?s a gal name Melonie, who called herself the only one in charge, was absolutely unprofessional and rude in anymanner. Worst customer service experience we?ve had! Our order was made wrong and when we called to get it corrected we werecalled liars by her. When asked to speak to a store manager she said there is none. No owner either! This location is ran by adolescent kids who don't even know their store number. I watched them playing around and on cell phones... and informed the young guy who came to the window that he had a line of cars waiting while they were playing around. Heresponded to me that he had better things to do an ran away as I snapped his picture for this add. I think this restaurant needsa more professional atmosphere and employee accountability, till then stay clear from this location. None of the employeesseemed to care about the customer experience and that tells me this has been going on awhile at this location. The workers were nice but they gave me some nasty a$$ pizzas lol. One was a thin crust that had soggy uncooked bacon and cheese... 4x thicker than the crust literally oozing off the sides... The other was a burnt calzony blacker than a gorilla that works in acoal mine ???????????? And they couldn't even refund me because it was an online order. They offered to replace them if Ibrought in the pizza carcasses but I was already turned off by the idea of pizza since the ones they gave were so foul. Read more
Worst customer service. Took my order and said, it will be 25 mins, I came back in 25 mins and they said ?please wait for... another 15 mins it?s getting ready?. Waisted another 10 mins and still not ready. And finally after all that, got the worstpizza ever. Don?t waist your time here. Read more
Not happy! Can't order at the drive up window unless what you want happens to be in the warmer??? Order online then drive... through... but i had to go round and round because it took longer than estimated. Read more
