Night shift really gets it done , I really like how fresh the fries are at night and everytime I go during the night shift they... never mess my order up and the food is really good for McDonald?s lol . well where do I start, first off I ordered a vanilla cone with my code which means it?s free and when getting to the window the... guy tried to gatekeep my ice cream stating that I did not pay for it. By the time I got it, it was lopsided and melting in myhand. This is McDonald?s is probably one of the worst ones I?ve been to. My fries were cold for starters. And secondly I asked the... lady at the window for sauces and she said they?re 5cents each which is no problem so I gave her a quarter and said ok give meas many as I can get with this quarter (5). She looks at me and says I already put the 2 in there and still takes my quarter. 2sauces for a quarter when I should have got more that?s ridiculous and rude I gave enough change to have more than 2 sauces andwas denied. So glad play places are open again finally. I have a 3yo and a 5yo and taking them here to play inside during the summer for... HOURS for the price of a McDonald's meal, is a great trade off. Kick back in the AC, drink a McFrappe, watch some YouTube andlet the kids go wild. Read more
Updating my previous review for this location. After eating inside the restaurant I must give it the highest review possible.... They stay busy but the food is up to par ...the service is exceptional most of the time and they are very welcoming. alwaysclean. I was just served at this McDonalds, and the manager of the name Ramona, was extremely rude. Not only was she rude to every... single worker that was working, but she was rude to me and another customer. She should really be trained on how to providecustomer service and handle pressure, because it?s clear that when there?s any sort of business going on, she can?t handle it.She definitely has no type of management skills, she just thinks yelling and demanding orders from people is okay. She alsocalled another customer a liar when they said they had been waiting for 20 minutes which is accurate because my meal took 10 andshe was there before me. Just a bunch of low IQ individuals. And I say that with very good reason. The past few times we've ordered on door dash... McDonalds forgets at least one item. Well today they went above and beyond, they managed to forget 40 chicken nuggets and twolarge fries. HOW!?!? Always with this freaking store, horrible service, forgetful staff just overall complete garage. Go to theMonte Vista McDonald's they are waaaay better.
