The breakfasts have been really good consistently over the last few months. Admittedly I only get 3 different breakfast options,... but they have been cooked perfectly time and time again. This is one mickey-d's I stop at for a 5am breakfast often. Read more

My number one pet peeve of the post covid era is places like McDonalds and Starbucks being drive through only or closed... completely during times when their posted hours say they are open. I'm sorry but if you are running a freeway adjacent McDonaldsin Turlock or wherever this was, and you tell people you are open at 5 am, that should mean you are actually open, not drivethrough only. That was the case here, showed up around 6 am and it was still drive through only. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in the curbside parking after I had ordered and inputted my stall number. I finally had to go into the... restaurant only to find no one in line so it obviously wasn't busy. The lady came out with my order. Asked for catchup and shewalked away without saying anything. I asked again if she could get some and she said I'll check.... she then came back withsome I said thank you and she turned and walked away without saying anything. Customer service is lacking to say the least. Ifits going to be 20 minutes maybe come out and let the customer know.... the entire time I was at the store not one othercurbside order parked in the spots next to me. Hopefully they learn something from this and look to establishments like chickfil a or les Schwab on how to impress with customer service. No issues with the food. Read more
